Terms of Service
By creating a Weltog account you agree to these terms. They set out what we provide, what we expect from you, and the limits of our responsibility.
1. The service
Weltog is a personal finance tracking and planning tool. It records information you provide and performs calculations on it. It does not execute transactions, hold funds, or act on your behalf with any financial institution.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. Notify us immediately at support@weltog.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach or probe our security, access other users' data, resell or redistribute the service, upload malicious files, scrape the product, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it in order to operate the service for you, including sending relevant portions to our AI provider when you use AI features.
5. Plans and billing
Weltog currently offers a free plan. Paid plans are published in advance and are not yet billed. When billing launches, prices, renewal terms and cancellation rights will be presented before any charge is made. Founding-member pricing, where offered, is described at the time of the offer.
6. Availability
Weltog is in early access and is provided "as is". Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice.
7. No financial advice
Weltog is an informational and educational tool. Nothing in it is investment, tax or legal advice. See our Financial Disclaimer for detail.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weltog is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for investment decisions made using the product. Market prices and calculated figures may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
